Q: Do you have to control Witnesses to Catapult move them?

A: Yes!

Q: When I move Loyal ships, can I move a Witness along with them even if I am not taking a Catapult move?

A: Yes.

Errata

• The Prelude ability should read 'You may flip a Witness you control at a Psionic planet to its Psionic resource side and take it. If you do, you may declare Empath without placing the zero marker.'
